An AMYRA product is designed and handcrafted by artisans with over 25 years of experience. Every piece takes upto 3-4 hours and involves 4-5 artisans at different stages.

We carefully select high-quality materials to ensure durability, comfort, and a premium feel.

The products are made through a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology to ensure precision and consistency.

Each product undergoes thorough quality checks to ensure it meets our standards for excellence before it reaches you.

Most of AMYRA's products are made from premium fabrics sourced from our trusted vendors. The fabrics range from silks, velvets and georgettes depending on the design and make of the product. The bag often features decorative tassels made of crystals, pearls, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Additionally, intricate laces or thread embroidery, often in floral or geometric patterns, adorn the surface, giving each piece a handcrafted, artisanal appeal.

All of AMYRA's products are made at our workshop in Chennai, India.

At present, AMYRA operates predominantly online.

You can also visit our workshop at Chennai, India, by appointment basis.

  1. Every AMYRA bag comes packed in our beautiful green AMYRA brand boxes + a gorgeous golden dust bag to treasure our timeless pieces.
    If you like to reduce wastage of the box you can opt out of box packaging by selecting the option in your cart and contribute towards a better environment. We will still send the golden dust bag to store your AMYRA bag in.
  2. Store the products in the AMYRA dust bag to keep the embellishments from getting tarnished or damaged in storage.
  3. For potlis avoid pulling the drawstrings by the tassels as they are delicate and handmade.
  4. Keep away from moisture.
  5. For stains, gently clean the affected area with a mild detergent. Avoid soaking the product in water.

Delivery and Shipping

  1. Add the product you would like to order to the cart.
  2. Go to your cart, review the items, and click on "Checkout" to proceed with your order.
  3. Enter your delivery address where you'd like the order to be shipped.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method and enter the necessary payment details. Click on the "Complete Order" button.
  5. After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation message on email and WhatsApp

Once your order is placed and dispatched, you'll receive a notification with all the delivery details.

Orders will be shipped via DHL Express, and we aim to deliver within 7 to 10 business days. If you'd like your order sooner, please contact us at care@theamyrastore.com or on WhatsApp at +91 73973 98579.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Yes, we use DHL Express for shipping outside India, ensuring your order arrives within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch from our workshop in Chennai, India.

Customs charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and AMYRA will not be responsible for it.

You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, internet banking via 2 payment gateway options - Razorpay OR PayPal.

All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.

You will receive a tracking number on your email ID once your order has been shipped.

Alternatively, you can log in on the website and go to your account to see status of all your orders.

You can also directly reach out to us on email, we’d be happy to track your shipment and assist you with any queries.

Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 working days. Delivery time may be longer depending on order size, customs and other factors outside our control.

For expedited delivery, please contact us to ensure timely arrival.

Your orders are shipped from our workshop in Chennai, India. There fore any customs charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country will be the client's/your responsibility, and AMYRA will not be held liable for them.

Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. However, you can contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Exchange and Returns

Unfortunately, returns/exchange is not applicable for shipments delivered outside India due to export & duty regulations by the Govt. of India.

Gift Cards

You can place an order for the gift card directly on our website. Once your order is confirmed, a gift card with a coupon code will be sent to your registered email address, which can be redeemed during checkout when placing an online order.

An e-gift card with a coupon code will be sent to your registered email address, which can be redeemed during checkout when placing an online order.

You can redeem the gift card at the time of checkout while placing an online order.

There no expiry date for the gift card

Yes, you can partially redeem a gift card and the remaining balance can be redeemed for a later purchase using the same code.
